The terms & conditions for engagement are furnished below:-
1 Eligibility :
- The candidate must be a citizen of India.
- He /She should be graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution with knowledge of computer operations.
- The candidate must be able to speak, read & write in the local language of the region/area of the branch for which he/she applies for. He/she should hail from the same region/area of the branch. Others need not apply.
- Knowledge of driving two wheeler is essential and must hold valid driving license.
2. Age :
Age should be between 21-30 years as on 01/10/2012.
3. Job Profile:
Doing recovery visits, post sanction field visits for disbursement, Marketing of Housing Loans, making phone calls to customer for business/recoveries, scanning of documents, data entry operations in the computer, attending to the customers, documentation etc. and any such other works assigned by the Branch Manager from time to time.
4. Period of Contract and termination:
The contract shall be for one year only, and may be renewed for another year at the sole discretion of the company.
In case if company requires the services of the selected candidate for further period, the contract may be renewed for further period up to 2 more years with renewals after each year.
Either party may terminate the contract by giving one month‟s notice in writing/by remitting one month‟s compensation amount. The company reserves the right to terminate the services of contract appointee who fail to show satisfactory performance or even without any reasons by giving one month‟s notice at any time during the contract period.
5. Compensation:
Selected candidates will be paid a consolidated amount of Rs.15,200/- per month for first 12 months. In case of renewal of contract, then the consolidated compensation will be Rs.18,000/- per month for the 2nd year and Rs.23,000/- per month for the 3rd year.
Statutory deductions Income Tax, Professional Tax etc., if any, shall be deducted as per the provisions of the respective Acts.
6. Other benefits:
Casual Leave – 10 days per calendar year
Annual Leave – 20 days in a calendar year @ pro-rata basis
Carry-over of unavailed Casual/Annual Leave is not permissible.

a. The selection for the post of Junior Officers on contract shall be by way of Interview only.

d. A committee of Executives of the company will shortlist the candidates @ 1: 10 (i.e. 10 candidates for 1 vacancy) for interview branch-wise, based upon candidates‟ performance in their academic career, qualification, his/her ability to speak, read or write local language, nearness of his/her domicile to branch, experience in the previous assignment etc.

GENERAL INFORMATION
For the Posts of Professor and Associate Professor, the Details of PG Teaching Experience should also be indicated separately in Col. No.9 and a Certificate from the Principal concerned certifying that the said College/Institute has the Regular PG Course in the Subject concerned during the period for which the Candidate claims PG Teaching Experience. In the absence of such a Certificate, the PG Experience claimed will not be treated as PG Experience.
Relaxation in Upper Age Limit: The Upper Age Limit prescribed shall be relaxed by 5 years in the case of Persons belonging to SC, ST, Women Candidates and Physically Handicapped and 3 years for OBC Candidates, as per Rules. The Upper Age Limit prescribed shall not be applicable to Persons working in NIA.
The Pay Scales carry usual Allowances admissible as per Rules for Central Government employees at Jaipur.
The New Pension Scheme of the Government of India is applicable for the new recruitees in the Institute.
The Cast Certificate should be in the manner and Form prescribed by the Government.
Candidates already in Government service must send their Application Through Proper Channel and such Applications should also reach by the Last Date.
The Institute may conduct an Objective Type Written Test to shortlist Cndidates for Interview for any Post depending upon the number of candidates applying for such Posts. The Test shall be of 100 Multiple Choice Questions carrying 100 Marks and of 1½ hours duration covering the Syllabus of BAMS and the Subject concerned of MD/MS(Ayurveda) in the case of the Posts for which a Post-Graduate Qualification in Ayurveda is essential and for the remaining Posts, covering the Subjects concerned.
An Application Fee of Rs. 1000 (Rs. 500 for SC and ST Candidates) by DD in favour of Director, National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur should be sent with the Application for each Post.
Director reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies, to withdraw the vacancy of any Post and to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof, whatsoever.

Qualification:

Education: Advanced university degree (Master's Degree or equivalent) in the field of Criminal Justice, Law, Political Science or related field. Graduation from a police academy or a similar law enforcement institution is also required.

Experience: A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in an active national police service with a current rank of at least Superintendent or Lt. Colonel, with a specialization in police planning and management is required. At least one year of experience in a peacekeeping operation, UNHQ, or similar international institution is desirable.
